Services Provided

RCG Buena Park Concrete provides professional concrete contractor services including driveways, patios, sidewalks, stamped concrete, foundations, repairs, and related concrete work in Buena Park, CA and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and must be confirmed through written estimates or contracts.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and scope changes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if unforeseen conditions arise during the project. Any changes to the original scope of work will be discussed with you before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your contract.

Scheduling and Delays

We strive to complete all projects on schedule. However, weather conditions, material availability, and other factors beyond our control may cause delays. We will communicate any scheduling changes as soon as possible. You agree that reasonable delays do not constitute grounds for contract cancellation.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project contract. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural settling, extreme weather events, or lack of maintenance.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area, securing any necessary permits (unless otherwise agreed), and ensuring that utilities are marked before we begin work. You must also maintain the concrete properly after installation according to our care instructions.

Liability

RCG Buena Park Concrete carries appropriate insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects in the substrate, or damage caused by events beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before work begins may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs and scheduling impacts. Once work has started, you will be charged for materials purchased and work completed.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
